Here is a recent addition:
Language
The official language of this board is english. If you want to contact special users in another language, do this in personal messages. Beacuse we don't know what you say, it could be offensive. User names which are not in latin letters are not allowed (such as Cyrillic, Japanese, Chinese...etc).
The bold part will be a new paragraph as follows:
Usernames
Usernames which are not in latin letters are not allowed (such as Cyrillic, Japanese, Chinese...etc) and the full names of the skaters without any additions to the names (for example "Plushenko-Fan" is allowed, "Plushenko" not). Also offensive usernames are not allowed as well as names which are to long. Anything against this rule will be changed and you get an e-mail about your edited name.
